Rental Qualifications and Instructions:

Thank you for choosing Ray J. White & Sons, Inc. We welcome you and look forward to having you as a resident.

Our rental qualifications are:

• Good established credit history.
• Good rental references from your current or previous landlord(s).
• Verifiable income equal to or greater than three times the amount of rent.

Fill out your application(s) completely. We require an application for each person the age of 18 and older that will be occupying the property.

When you return your application (s) please bring in the following so we can process it quickly.

• Identification: State issued drivers license, State issued ID card, passport, or other suitable form of picture identification.
• Paycheck stub or other form of income verification.
• Application fee of $10.00 per application (We will only accept cash or money order.).

All applicants are to be approved before moving in.  IF ANY UNAPPROVED ROOMMATES ARE RESIDING IN THE DWELLING, ALL RESIDENTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE. 

Co-signers will not be accepted for unsatisfactory credit or rental references.  Co-signers will not be accepted to qualify for a house, but may be considered for apartments and/or duplexes.

If additional information is needed we will notify you. Your application should be processed within 1 business day. Once your application is approved, we will make an appointment with you to sign your new rental agreement.
