Ray J. White & Sons, Inc. has been in the real estate business in Lewiston, Idaho, Clarkston, Washington and the surrounding area for 87 years. The business was started in 1921 by Ray J. White and he was later followed by the "Sons" John White and Bob White. The company is now owned and operated by the grandson of the founder, Dick White who has been with the company since 1991. Dick attended and graduated from both the University of Idaho and Harvard Business School and has been a licensed broker since 1974. Prior to joining Ray J. White & Sons Dick lived in Houston for 20 years where he started his real estate career working in commercial real estate, leasing and land development. He is licensed in Idaho, Washington and Texas and has an office in McCall, Idaho.

RESIDENTIAL SALES - Our sales professionals average twenty five years of experience in residential sales and all of our professionals including administrative personnel have real estate licenses. We work with several local builders and are very familiar with new construction.
RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT - We manage over 350 residential units ranging from single family homes to 40 unit multi-family projects as well as residential condominium associations.
COMMERCIAL SALES - We have significant experience in the commercial sales and have worked with several national and regional companies who have located in our market.
COMMERCIAL LEASING - We are the leader in commercial leasing in the area and have worked with many local office and retail clients as well as major national and regional tenants.
COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT - We manage shopping centers, office buildings and business condominium associations.
LAND DEVELOPMENT - We are a leader in residential and commercial land development including more than 250 residential lots developed since 1994.
REAL ESTATE CONSULTING - We have consulted with all of the major companies in the Lewis-Clark Valley regarding space needs, potential purchases, property disposal, pricing and problem solving.

Our PROPERTY MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT handles over 600 units of residential and commercial property and has access to all of the repair trades to respond to any maintenance requirement.
